Terms of Service
*By commissioning you have read and accepted the Terms of Services. (Terms can be bound to change if discussed PRIOR to the commission)
1. Commission must be paid in full upfront (USD or IDR, payment method will be discussed according to the currency).
2. Commission bought from the artist must not be claimed as your own work and not used for commercial purposes (making money off of it in any way). Reposting with credit is allowed.
3. Process will take around 2 weeks - 1 month depending on the piece. (it's possible to finish it faster).
4. Artist will show the sketch and color scheme to the client for approval before continuing to finish the art (if the client asks for it) and revision is only accepted at this stage. If revision is suddenly asked when the artwork is past this stage, artist has the right to decline or charge extra if really needed.
5. Finished artwork will contain minor/small tag of the artist's account (sonata).
6. Artist is allowed to post the commission on the artist's Instagram @im_sonata with watermark.
7. Artist have the right to cancel the commission at any time and client will be fully refunded.
8. Client can't cancel the commission or ask for refund without approval.
